New build i did for coworker is not working right

Ok i helped a coworker build a 300$ build, using these parts http://pcpartpicker.com/user/trainergames/saved/1Dof well putting it together went it turns on fine, and everything, the ram worked,it was running at 1333 to start, but all i had to do was set it at it's stock speed and it was fine.

But the problems started when i installed windows 7 64 bit, well i installed it,and before doing all the windows updates(which would take forever cause he has crappy internet that dl's at less than 100kbps lol)we decided to start installing the drivers in installed the one from the mobo disk,it went well, i then went to installing the gpu drivers, which i downloaded from the AMD website.

If i use the latest beta drivers, during the restart after the install it shows windows start up stuff, but when it gets into the windows the screen says no signal yet i can hear the windows startup noise.

Now if i use the latest none beta drivers it boots fine, but catalyst only show stuff about the cpu,and when he tries to run minecraft(the main game he plays)it says bad video card drives, also if i try to do the auto detect for the drivers on amd's site it does not work,i tried reinstalling drivers,i tried a re install of windows, and it still does not work right, i also ran gpu-z,and it did not see a gpu installed.

What do you guys think is wrong?

first off the apu wont register as a gpu because it is on the cpu not the pci express port, try using beta or generic drivers, and switching the video outputs on the board, if that doesnt work reset cmos becuase somethimes ram may cause the startup problem you are encountering(i had the same problems with my build with the ram). if reseting cmos doesnt work contact amd and microsoft tech support, if you cant get anything from them then listen to someone more software litterate.
