New build. Around the €1000 budget. Advice welcome

Looked quickly through the forum but nothing recent stood out for me.

  • Budget: around €1000

  • Where do you live: Germany

  • Is there a retailer you prefer? Not really. I have purchased from a few and till now only had things arriving later than promised

  • Do you need or already have peripherals?: I have peripherals

  • What will you be using your Glorious computer for? My son needs a computer for Gaming and recording/editing/streaming. He is a pre-teen and he want's to try this out. I don't want to break the bank while he is trying things out. We will have to learn together how to edit/record/stream. I will also use it for gaming.

  • Do you overclock or want to get into overclocking? Sure. Modest air-cooling OC.

  • Do you plan on going for custom water-cooling now, or in the future? No

  • Operating System. Do you need a new one? No, I have win7

  • What kind of settings do you like or what FPS do you want to play at? Resolution? 1920x1080 at 60fps. We don't need ultra settings on every game.

  • What kind of games do you like to play? I play all sorts of games, I usually wait till they are on sale but have bought a few games due to hype in the past

  • What application do you use to render? I really don't know. I could use some help with this, but this is the build a PC forum ;)

  • Do you render movies or just Photoshop pictures? I use lightroom 5 for my photos and will at some stage render movies

Please submit a PcPartpicker39 list as it's really easy to configure and edit. (you may have to change the URL to your region.)
If you can't or don't want to use PcPartpicker, just keep the format clean and organized. :)
If there are any parts that you must have, and you don't want to be swayed
against, such as a particular graphics card cooler Please be open as
there may be better solutions out there

I am open to any suggestions. I have chosen AMD parts because "bang for buck", power saving is a non issue and personal choice.

I chose that RAM (16GB-Kit 2x8GB G.Skill Sniper PC3-14900U CL9-10-9-28) just because I heard it was good. I want 2x8GB sticks so at a later stage I can buy another pair.

Do I need a capture card?

€850 build: http://de.pcpartpicker.com/p/Lt4rTW

€1000 build: http://de.pcpartpicker.com/p/Kvvpt6

€1200 build: http://de.pcpartpicker.com/p/BTDGK8

I prefer the €1000 build.

I already have air cooler (a Mugen 3 and a Katana 4), case(Nanoxia Deep Silence 3), 60hz FHD IPS monitor, another secondary monitor and some other things like thermal paste, fans, optical drives, screws etc

I'm making this post to see if there is something really obvious I'm forgetting or if there is a build from team blue and/or green that is better "bang for buck". I have looked at the fx-8350 videos made by The Tek team.

Thanks in advance for the help
