Buy Nvidia if you want... The next iteration, AMD's next iteration will again kick Nvidia. AMD GPU drivers are getting better and better... I wonder what ace nvidia has up its sleeve, fight! xD
works fine if you only use the nvida for physx and do all regular rendering with the amd :) just need to hack the drivers and viola. if i had the room i would do it my self but alas bottom mounted psu you block my open slot. by the way asus crosshair v forumlas dont need hacked drivers. they have native support for nvida and amd gpu's running at the same time. with a bit of google help you can find reviews.
