Hey guys I have this USB wifi adapter that I want to use on a Linux Machine but I only see drivers for Windows for it. Do any of you have any ideas?
Well you can start by telling us what model it is so that we can figure out what the actual wifi module is.

Most probably it has support from the wl driver built into the linux kernel. The easiest way to check is to plug it into a live booted computer and see if it works. If you use a live booted ubuntu you can also see if they have a driver accessible for it, which is a good way to check if there are other drivers for it (in case of problems with wl)

If you want to get drivers before hand look up the chipset the adapter is using and google it.
