I have a Netgear Nighthawk X8 AC5300 router that is missing one piece where the AC adapter plugs in. It must have fallen out at some point and consequently doesn’t turn on. In the pictures, one can see where it’s included before, and not included after. What is this piece called? Where do I get it? I’d like to not toss this router just because of such a small piece of plastic. Please help!
look up “center postitive barrel jack” on digikey or similar, and find one that seems to match the width and footprint, preferrably with the male end included, so if you mess up, you can also replace the one on the AC adapter
