This is now the 6th article about this, or more. I have seen this video on this forum so many times. Anyways, he is right and wrong. He is right about what net neutrality is supposed to be, but he is wrong that it exists. I mean if a law exists and cant be enforced, then it really doesn't exist. So the internet is broken, he is wrong about it not being broken. They already slow down speeds, that is in two cases. The speed you pay for, and throttling what you pay for.
if you use a VPN and pay for it you are already on their HIGHER TEIR BANDWIDTH.
