Need to replace Logitech G930

OK so I will try to sum up quickly. I find my Logitech G930 painful to wear. The slight pressure around my ears hurts after about 30 mins, and poor padding on top. I need a replacement.

I thought around the ear would be nice, but I guess not. I have a pair of Creative Fatal1ty at work and can wear them all day long. The pressure I don’t notice and the top padding is solid!

I want a new heatset or headphones that are as comfy as my Fatal1ty’s and have decent sound quality. Since I have a blue snowball I don’t need a mic. Wireless is not needed. Also since I am a cheap bastard. As cheap as I can go would be nice, aka $100 is over budget by a lot. Lets say $50 with tax and shipping is all I have for this.

I was looking at Sennheiser 201s But I honestly don’t know enough about headphones to know if they are 1. Nice/decent and 2. Are as comfy as I need.

I am hoping somebody here can help, since I value somebodies opinion here more than I do on the rest if the net.

I would say HyperX Clouds but they are a little out of your budget
You have these as an option, but as I normally draw the line at $50 for headphones of any kind, I don't know of many others.

comfort and sound is kinda what you pay for in headphones, I personally use Senheiser HD598s as all day headphones but I also understand that not everyone wants to throw 150 for a set of headphones, if you could get them HD555 or HD558 could be obtainable for 50 if they were used.

I've used the 201s or something very similar from senheiser for a while at a frinds place and while they werent unconfortable, they werent super comfortable either, sound was okay.

word of advice: go to a shop that lets you test headphones on your head, if they hurt after a minute or 2, you dont want them.

edit: I accidentally the wrong headphones.

$130 used on amazon. It's a steal.

Thanks, but way more than I can pay at the moment.

These are awesome. They are discontinued by denon, but they were originally around $300. They have a built in headphone amp which makes your music sound awesome, and they are extremely comfortable. Way better than the Logitech G930 in sound, build quality, and comfort. You can always get a lapell mic on amazon for like $5.00, which is probably just as good as the logitechs built in mic.

I got the Superlux HD688B from the video. I'll have to see how they feel after a few hours, once I get them in a week. Thanks for the link. Oddly enough I just watched that video the other day and totally spaced out when watching it that I had been thinking about getting new headphones for a while.

I really should have listened to @gbob but I am so freaking lazy I don't feel like going anywhere to try on anything.

Update. I got the headphones. I know I need to use them more, but my first thoughts are this: Sound great, bass is a little lacking compared to the G930s, the clapping force is quite high but I assume that will fade with time.

All in all I happy with my buy.
