-the ram to G-Skill Ares 2x4 GB 1866mhz same price but faster ram
-the psu to a much better one, a XFX 650W 80+ Bronze.
- i changed the gpu to a Msi GTX-770 just a few dollars more expensive, but a much better performing card, then a GTX670, it eaven out performs a GTX680. and it all fits in the budget.

The 8350 is a better CPU than the 3570k, yet it's still cheaper. Pair it with a Gigabyte 990FX UD5, and Phanteks PH-TC14PE, and you have 4.6gHz easily.
No more than 650W will ever be used; hell, 550W would work, but the price and quality of the Lepa G 650 is unmatched. Great PSU, more than enough amps on the 12V rail for the 770, tiny ripple, and high effici.ncy, all tied together with fantastic build quality.
The R4 is a great case, especially for that price.
The rest is pretty much the same.
Yes ofc that AMD option is also a good option, i would personaly go for the Asus Sabbertooth gen 3 board on this AMD build. because the pci-e 3.0. but for games pci-e 3.0 vs 2.0 does not make much diffrence.
