Need suggestions for build

Hello everyone. I just recently watched the "Kill Your Console" videos and decided it's time to move on, even though I do have an Xbox One, but will most likely only use it for Halo unless I decide to sell it in the next month or so. I've built 2 computers, so I know a little bit about them, but none of them were for gaming. (I built them in 2003

Anyway, I needed suggestions for my build, so I have a few questions to ask!

So far I have a Sapphire r9 290 Tri-X 4GB, 8GB of 1866 ram, and an FX-8350 coming in the mail soon. Will I notice or see any bottleneck between the two? I've heard that it does and doesn't, just want to make sure.

How many watts do I need for my PSU to run those two? How many if I want to overclock?

And lastly, what's a decent inexpensive motherboard with overclocking features that can handle the 8350 and the r9 290?

Thanks for any help and suggestions you can give me!

here is a very good way to go with the CPU and the GPU you are getting  ... I have included them in the build as purchased. You system wattage will be under 500w this gives you 100w of headroom ... which is plenty. And you should not have any bottleneck issue ... especially if you OC.

Thanks Ratzzz, you've been most helpful. My brother has that same case, actually. It's one hell of a case, lots of room and good cable management.

no problem ... when you get it together post some pics ... we love to see them ... good luck
