Need suggestion/improvements on my 600-700 dollar build

Hey guys, I am thinking about getting a PC for my birthday. I have a decent knowledge in what parts are good for what but I would like some suggestions from other people.

Here is my current build here https://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=wish_lists&wlcId=82631&action=wish_lists. (I am sorry for not using pcpartspicker.com).

I envision this build between 600-700 dollars. I want this computer to be fast, by fast I mean fast boot times, programs boot up fast, no freezing or crashing etc. I am not a hardcore gamer and I will probably be playing games e.g. The Sims, Elder Scrolls (as well as other RPG's), A bit of Minecraft, I might play some Battlefield I mainly plan on buying games that are on sale on Steam.

edit: I also plan on using another monitor (not for gaming but to have Chrome up on it)

I hope my explanation was clear.

Thank you for taking your time to read this

All seems pretty good to me. That 7850 will be more than gutsy enough to power your games. Have you thought about a different CPU cooler so it's nice and quiet? The stock ones are never great. Also, if it were my build, I'd get a 500Gb or so mechanical har drive for data and stuff  and to back up the SSD onto in the case of a failure. That samsung SSD is the one I have an I can say that it's great. If you want to lower the price a bit, you could drop the graphics card to a 7770. I have it and it plows through Skyrim wiht ease.

If you have any questions, do ask! :)

There is NO point at all in getting an SSD at that price point as you are far better off spending more money on your CPU and/or GPU to get extra performance in games.

A hard drive can boot in about 30 seconds providing that you look after your PC and will provide you with much more storage for less money.

I would advise you to use these parts instead of some of the ones you've listed but keep the rest the same.

30 second boot times compared to the 7 I get with that SSD? I'd keep it if it were me. Although I'm not too keen on the CPU he's gone with.
