Need some help with a pc build for my wealthy friend

Well my good friend who really has no budget limit wants me to build him a sick rig. Im not sure what to go with besides socket 2011 as I have never built a system without a budget in place.

Quad HD 7970s to run in crossfire. 128GB Ram. Dual Xeon Processors. Why? Because fuck logic.

just build a 1500 dollar pc and tell him to use the rest of his money on something useful

Build the $3200 editing rig. Blow the rest on monitors and games/software.

Build at most a 2000 dollar rig and donate the rest to charity or his college or something
