Need some advice

Hi guys, I just installed this on my rig: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811992005

 

I bought it so I can use all 5 case fans, these are the case fans I'm using: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103022

The install went well and I taped over the molex with good electrical tape, basically I made sure there's no chance of an arc out or short. I powered on the system and it's all working except if I look closely I can see the LED's flicker every 3 to 5 seconds, it's barely noticable until you look right at them.

 

This was a slight chore to install with decent wire routing, I would rather not do that again. Do you guys think this is a big problem? If it's just an eyesore I will deal with it.

I also wanted to mention I tried all of the different settings (auto,manual and various speeds) and that didn't change it.

I experiance the same thing with the NZXT Sentry 2, but it does a good job. The Flickering is normal
