Need School Laptop under $500 AU

Hi,

Not sure if this is the correct place to put this, anyhow.

I am looking for a school laptop, as I need one. I am in Australia, so things are a little bit more expensive. I would like to keep it under $500 AU dollars but I can stretch the budget to $600 if the extra performance is worth it. The laptop will be used for word processing and video and audio playback. I do not intend in using this for gaming as I have a desktop, so a dedicated graphics card is not required.

If your in the ACT i have a laptop you can have cheap - got it early this year but i actually dont need it and its just gathering dust.

I got the Asus Transformer T100 for school, when you get used to the small screen, it is awesome and very good quality. Battery lasts for the whole school day and night, 10 hours. quad core atom, which will run everything you throw at it. perfect for school work, lgiht, small, convenient size, X86, but charges on phone charger :)
