So I've replaced pretty much all of those old audio cassettes I've had over the years with CDs, but I have a couple that you can't just buy on AMZ. The two I know of off the top of my head are my last concert that I played in and a cassette I found years ago that has my 2nd birthday party on it (voices of relatives since passed, etc). The first cassette may cause issue if I send it out to some company because it's a professional recording.
I was Going to use my sony walkman as the source player, but it always had the noise of the player over the speakers/headphones when played and it finally died after >17yrs of use. I'm sure there are software audio filters, but it'd be faster if there was something/someone I could use to do the conversion without the line noise.
