Need more help on this crysis 3 problem!

Ok I have been trying to fix this problem for a while, and posted one forum topic about this earlier and a guy said to turn windows firewall off, but that did not help.  So can someone please help me!

Problem:

Whenever i go on to crysis 3 multiplayer and click join game (where a list of servers SHOULD be displayed) it takes me to the list of servers, but no servers are there (I have every option on 'any' by the way).  Also when i go into my recent servers played, they all have 999 ping and i cannot join them, it wont even give me the option to join the game.  Can someone please help me with this I am getting kinda pissed :(.

Is your game up-to-date?

Can you join a game if you just click quick match?

No it is not, and i am not quite sure if my game is up to date, but how do u check, and how do u update it??
