Need more case fan plugs

i am running like 5 fans on my case right now and i ran out of plugs on my motherboard. All i am using now are the molex connectors which cant control the fan speed with. would this bee a good option to to help control all the fans and give me more plugs?

I have the NZXT Sentry 2 on my old pc and the temp probes are kind of a pain in the ass to place so I would set all the fans to full blast when gaming.
