Need input/advice on a first budget build

Hello, I am from Canada and i'm planning on doing my first build. My budget is $400 w/o taxes and would probably go $15-$20 over my budget. The PC would be used for mainly light gaming for games such as, League of Legends, TF2, Dota 2, maybe some slightly more intensive in the future. Also some web surfing.

Build I had in mind: (newegg.ca)

Rosewill CHALLENGER Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case $39.99

Western Digital WD Blue WD5000AAKX 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive $69.99

AMD A10-5800K Trinity 3.8GHz (4.2GHz Turbo) Socket FM2 100W Quad-Core Desktop APU (CPU + GPU) with DirectX 11  $129.99

ASRock FM2A75M-DGS FM2 AMD A75 (Hudson D3) SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard $59.99

COOLER MASTER eXtreme Power Plus RS500-PCARD3-US 500W ATX12V v2.3 Power Supply $49.99

G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory Model F3-14900CL9D-8GBSR $45.99

COOLER MASTER Hyper TX3 RR-910-HTX3-G1 "Heatpipe Direct Contact" 92mm CPU Cooler $19.99 (I heard the stock HSF that came with AMD isn't very good.)

Total: $415.93

I would probably add a Dedicated GPU in future times.

Opinions?

What are you using it for?

Quote from my original post.

Depending on what resolution you're playing on this setup is pretty good for those games. 1866 RAM is good for APUs if you're playing at 1080p I would recommend in investing in slightly faster RAM but over all this is a good setup. Remember to check stores like Newegg, NCIX and Amazon for sales and try to get an ad mathch wherever you buy

Hey, pretty good build, heres the build I generally recommned:

IMO the case, mobo and PSU are better in my build, only cost about $10 more. Give it a look. Other than that we are pretty much on the same page on this build. Solid build with a very natural upgrade path for a gaming PC. You should be able to get a solid OC out of it to, concentrate on the IGP, try to get it up to 1000MHz, you'll get great performance out of it.

EDIT: Make note that this build was actually tuned towards US markets and just converted over to canadian markets, so if you do some digging you may be able to find these components or similar for a bit cheaper.

Ok, I will check it out. Thanks for the advice.

Wait, you don't have to pay taxes on Newegg

Well, newegg.ca has HST and it's like an extra $60 if I buy all my build from them.

the 500 gig WD blue isn't $70, the 1 tb is about that price... recheck that

Huh yeah, the HDD didn't convert over the CAD all too well, w/e, someone else can fix it up for me.

Try DirectCanada.com . They have great deals and free shipping on orders over $50. They are some-what a sub-group of NCIX.

Would a 430w PSU cut it?
