So one side of my IEM broke and I need a new pair ASAP. I was wondering if best buy is a good place to look for one. I’ve never really shopped at best buy and that’s the only tech store that I can access right now.

For $10-$30, you can pick up some of the philips SHE3590BK series for about $10. They aren't great, but they deliver, in my opinion, better quality than the apple ones.
I was just wondering about shopping for IEMS at best buy in general. Do they have a good swlection and are they overpriced? I don't have a budget yet but I guess $10-$20 sounds about right.

If you need something quick, these are probably your best bet to hold you over until you can get a higher quality IEM.
To answer your question, they don't have a great selection for people who care about quality, because most people just take what they see on the shelf. (more money means better product mentality)
That said, their prices aren't awful (still not great though) when you're looking at the low-end stuff. If you want to spend more than $50 on a pair, that's when they start getting overpriced.
