I am building a gaming pc for a buddy of mine who has an 800 dollar price range. I am thinking an amd build just for the price to performance. He has a keyboard mouse and monitor already. Here is a tweaked build using the Athlon II X4 860K and a Sapphire Tri-X OC 280X which will work just fine on the FM2+. Windows 7 x64 seems to perform better than Windows 8.
