Ok currently under My Themes I have two themes saved. When I get a new wallpaper and go to My Themes to save it I notice it has replaced the wallpaper in my first saved theme. Sorry if that is hard to understand but how do I stop it from doing that? Or do I only get two themes?
Well it seems your theme that's wallpaper got replace was a unsaved theme, which updates when something is changed. You can save as many themes as you want but make sure you press the, 'save theme' link.
if you want better theme support in windows, i HIGHLY recomend you enable user themes. (microsoft only allows their themes... so you have to patch your system a bit :P )
http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/OS-Enhancements/UXTheme-MultiPatcher.shtml <-- enables user made themes.
http://bickelk.deviantart.com/art/Theme-Manager-Windows-7-176165228 <--- theme manager allows you to manage the user made themes, so you dont have to replace system files by hand.
some examples of what this allows you to do:

in answer to your question: the theme you were using was an unsaved theme. so by changing the wallapaper, it would change the wallpaper in the theme.
Sorry if this is hijacking the thread, but is there an equivalent of the theme patcher and themes for Windows 8 Release Preview?
