Need Help With SSD upgrade

I just bought my SSD and googled stuff on the internet about how to start using it and I did the following.

1)went to UEFI BIOS and changed some option to AHCI

2)installed win7 on SSD and put it as first boot device

So now what I'm wondering is:

1)when I download something it automatically goes to the SSD, how get it to HDD?

2)when I install apps from HDD again can I delete the other files that are in the same folder as the installation

3)should I install drivers on SSD

 

I must say this is really confusing since I have never before upgraded to an SSD. All help is appreciated.

This is a troll post right? Because this should all be common sense.

1) Configure your browser to download files to a folder on your hard drive.

2) um...what? I have no idea what you're talking about.

3) You probably don't have to install drivers on the SSD, but I definitely would.

  1. You can redirect the downloads to the HDD by changing the drive letter on the browser's download options or settings, depending on what browser you have.
  2. I'm not sure what you mean. Please elaborate more
  3. Yes, it has to be on the same drive as the OS's files and folders
