I just got a EVGA 600 B PSU and my motherboard has a 12pin ATX.  The PSU has a 20+.  How do you know which end to plug it with. One end says 20+ and the other end has nothing.  Just new at this and need help.

motherboard should be 24pin or a 20pin (old motherboard). PSU should be 20+ (24pin with 4pins that separate to make 20pin). Either way there is a clip on psu 24pin cable that lines up with a tab on the long side of the connector. usually found on the long side of the connector that faces the center of the motherboard.
