verify with GPU-Z - screen shot it.

here a list of parts you could go with but you can change it depending on how much you want to spend. If you can get the hard drive from the notebook and reformat to use it, then you could leave the hard drive from your list if you want.

try un-installing any drivers relating to amd. There may be a driver conflict.
