Hi, I was wandering what would be a cheap additional fan for overclocking and what i could OC my AMD FX 6100, 3.3 GHz, 6 core to. I'm new to overclocking exept for messing around with settings on my old computer (and breaking it multiple times). so any additional infomation would be helpful
well if you only have the stock heatsink then what you need is not only a fan but a heatsink too
I suggets a Hyper 212EVO heatsink that comes with a fan, you should be able to OC to at least 4Ghz with that
yeah I think that was the one I was thinking of getting but i didnt know if it would fit because some computers you can screw the heat sink in and others (like mine) you have the funny clip thing... does this heat sink have the clip thing?
