Need help with first PC build

So, I'm building my first PC. I'm not very knowledgeable on the subject, so I need some help. All I know for sure is that I want to use this tower:

I want the PC to be able to run almost any game. I'd like it to be able to run most games, for instance, Crysis, on all max settings without getting really low FPS. It'd also be great if it was watercooled, and if it was $1500-1750 USD.

My main question, do you already have the monitor you want? Or are you going to put money aside from the budget to get a new one?

I already have a monitor.

Alright, do you prefer buying from newegg? I can have an Intel build done in about an hour.

Newegg or Amazon. Whichever one is more conveinent.

Radeon or Nvidia?

Nvidia

Instead of asking a bunch of silly questions, I just threw a build together for you. That is honestly pretty close to what I'd go with. It even includes liquid cooling and your operating system, all for less than 1700 USD.

That build is gonna rip anything. And don't let the all AMD scare you. AMD absolutely shreds games to pieces.

However, if you're planning on using the Adobe suite, I'd go with an Nvidia card. It's the smart choice.

This is what I came up with for the top end of his budget.

Don't need a 3570k. The AMD 8350 will best it.

Maximus V formula is unneccesary. Just grab an ASRock or asus.

16gb memory is complete overkill for games, and an intel cpu only supports 1600 memory anyway. AMD FX series cpus will support 1866.

A 670 isn't necessary unless youre editing. For the same price, the 7970 will best it.

750w psu is way overkill for that build. Only needs about 500.

SSD is okay, but a little expensive. Thos samsung ssd's are overrated imo.

Also no operating system?
