Need help with error message

I know my setup is pretty old and im getting this error message about 5-10 min after the pc starts up:

nv4_mini_sys and than it starts a crashdump.

Im using the fiollowing parts:

-Intel pentium 4 3.00ghz (single-core)

-4 pieces of 256mb ram (all different companies)

-a harddrive of 180gb and a harddrive of 75gb

-nvidia geforce fx5600 (256mb).

Are you using XP?
