Need help with computer audio setup

Im trying to make a setup where I would be able to use my headphones and a non-connected mic to talk in both computer game chats and on the cell phone simultaneously. Im also trying to make it to where I would be able to play sound through my speaker system without having to disconnect any wires. My two options being to use a mixer for the sound or to rig it up with a ton of wires. My fear being that I enjoy high quality sound, and I intend to introduce as little interference as possible from my computer audio to the headphones, and from the mic to the compute. I don’t really care about sound quality from the cellphone because they will only be used to make phone calls. It should also be noted that I don’t require the cellphone to be able to play through the speakers and would actually prefer it not to. For all intents and purposes assume that controlling the volume from the speakers doesn’t matter because it has its own volume control. Attached is a picture of a rough layout of what I intended to hook up. I’d like some feedback on how this might work, if the sound/ mic quality would be terribly degraded, and how I might be able to improve the sound quality. Keep in mind, Im a 20 year-old, in the military, I don’t make a ton of money so Im trying to keep this on the cheaper end.

Update: Ill be using the Audio technica ATH- m50x for the headphones and the Antlion Audio ModMic Attachable Boom Microphone for the microphone.

Another option I found would be to use the Plantronics RIG Stereo Gaming Headset with Mixer tossing the headset in a box forever and using just the mixer with my current headphones and mic but im not sure how the quality might turn out.

Would be better to have 2 independent audio outputs to speakers and headphone, easier to control audio connections without needing splitters and combiners.

Maybe try using Voicemeeter as an internal PC mixer?
