Need help with Air Cooling Pls

I'm going to be doing a overclock I7-3770k I like to have enough cooling to get to 4.5 tops.
So I think I should be able to get away with Air Cooling just from the point of view I install it and forget about it ( I'm a lazy p.....k ), no mucking about changing fluid etc:

But I have some questions in regard to Air Cooling.
How do I know if the vents won't block the ram chips ( high profile ) or GPU slot or even side panel of case ?

Looks like I'm going with a AsRock Z77 Extreme 4 M/Board

Any suggestions on above and or good coolers pls.
I believe a Hyper 212 EVO is a cooler.

look up reviews for the paticular cooler you are intrested in. most review sites talk about memory clearance.

I can't really comment on the air cooler, but that case is great. I've got one for my station here at work and I love it. It's good for water cooling too if you ever decide to go that route.
