and the limit is 1100 dollars

i think the better question is amd perfered for what? cpu, gpu, or both

amd runs faster than intel in most games and is cheeper

If you're recommending CPUs from 2 generations ago, without many, many modern features, especially at this budget, then you are doing something wrong.

if you have an exstra $40 you could get a hd 7970.
