Per core speed is better, wicked awesome deal on the vidya card.... yep, I think this is good. A little more than you were asking, but this is beastly. If you're worried about editing, upgrade teh RAM later. You'll be happier with the GPU/CPU combo, which are hard to upgrade.
Drop the optical drive, get a Lepa G 650 PSU, and switch out the RAM for G.SKILL Ripjaws X for low clearance. ODDs are pointless, better PSU, , and small RAM is always nice.
Lepa G is way too much money for a build like this. Plus, if they want an optical disk, let them have it. I still use mine to rip CD's. I know, crazy.
It's $10 more than the Rosewill.

So it is.... I had only seen the $99 price tag on newegg..... still, money to be saved, even if it is a wicked deal for an 80+ Gold PSU.

What about the motherboard? Seems to be missing.
Also, that cooler will do very little if you plan on overclocking.

You have a socket 1155 going onto a socket 1150 MB. You will have to reconsider either the Motherboard or the CPU.
