NEED HELP w/ Intel HD Graphics 3000

Ok, so I go onto task manager and I get this exclamation mark next to Intel HD Graphics, does anyone know how to get rid of it?

Everytime I try and play TF2 or something, it crashes within the second loading screen.

Is this the only graphics device you have in your system? Do you not have a deticated card? How much ram do you have, it might be that you have too little ram.

update drivers
