i need help upgrading with koroa its fedora alternative to 23 to 24 when i do the commands it tells me i can not upgrade when i did what i was told. thanks

How about you paste the entire output where it says you cannot upgrade?
so i got this (try to add '--allowerasing' to command line to replace conflicting packages)

At what point in the process are you getting the error? (whcih command)
when i sudo dnf system-upgrade reboot i got a i can't upgrade message when i put--allowedrasing to sudo dnf system-upgrade download --releasever=24 it told me to enter my pass and its installing the upgrades
Ok sounds like its working.
If I was to guess your getting the error because korora has some non standard packages included that might be conflicting.
i say its very fast i am very new to this i came from windows

huh.. thats.. interesting. Im positive most of these shouldn't be there. did you add any repos since you've been using Korora?
At the very least remove this first.

chrome doesn't work on 32bit systems i perf firefox or tor i use the russain fedora for simple record but we can add thats stuff back later

i tired to install games and forgot to remove it since the adress didn't work
tech 3 is obs but doesn't work due to won't support opgl2
I think theres another repo for obs. For now i would suggest removing those repos and all the russianfedora repos using the command examples above
We can always ad them back in or look for a better source.
Usually these system upgrade errors always happen becuase a repo cant upgrade its self to the next release.
that command seems to not remove them for me because i keep ls -l /etc/yum.repos.d to look
USe the other command i listed
sudo rm -rf /etc/yum.repos.d/mirror.yandex.ru_fedora_russianfedora_russianfedora_free_fedora_releases_17_Everything_i386_os_russianfedora-free-release-17-1.R.noarch.rpm.repojust change the end of the path for the various repos.
Or to remove all the russianfedora repos more esily
sudo rm -rf /etc/yum.repos.d/russian*download.opensuse.org_repositories_home_zhonghuaren_Fedora_24_.repo
should i delete that one also even thought it is for 24?
Yeah ive never heard of it. Unless you know what its for
