Need help trying to set up Eyefinity

I'm am trying to set eyefinity, my GPU detects all monitors. But doesn't display on all at the same time.

I have 2 sapphire 7950, w/ boost. In xfire.

Monitors: 

1. Asus vg248qe

2. HP s2031

3. HP x20led 

 

The way we have it connected is with:

1. With HDMI to display port.

2. VGA to dvi

3. Dvi

We have done, and watched just about all videos on "how to set it up" its just not working.

We duplicated display 2 to 1, but when we try to duplicate the 3rd monitor it doesn't give us the option. 

And it doesn't matter which 2 monitors are on, the 3rd one never gives us the option to duplicate. 

Any ideas would help. Or if any questions about what's going on please let me know, I wanna play!! Thanks in advance.

Hello, to setup eyefinity you need to enable it on the AMD catalyst control center under the tag :

AMD Eyefinity Multgi Display

Create  Eyefinity Display group ( if you don't see your 3 monitors there, there must be something wrong with your configuration)

From AMD website :

Connecting multiple monitors for AMD Eyefinity technology couldn’t be simpler. There are four easy rules to remember:

  1. The first two monitors can connect to the graphics card with any display output on your product: HDMI, VGA, DVI or DisplayPort.
  2. The third (or greater) display must be connected to the graphics card via DisplayPort.
  3. If your monitor does not have a DisplayPort connection, you will need an inexpensive active DisplayPort adapter for it. DVI to DP adapters can be had for less than $30 USD.2
  4. Every family of GPUs supports a different maximum number of displays.

Thanks for the advice, it was the display port adapter we bought. We replaced that. And it worked perfect.
