Need help, tight budget light gaming build

alright so my old toshiba laptop finally died and I'm using an old garage computer in the mean time it has a scuzzy drive. I have some parts from a friend that has upgraded and no longer needs them, 750 watt 80 plus psu, nvidia 460, and a mid tower case. I already have mouse and keyboard. I'm basically looking for something in the ball park of $300 or less

I'd like to have something thats upgradedable with in means anyways I do most graphic gaming on my playstation but eventually I'd like to phase it out.

games I'll be playing:

I'll be using ubuntu 12.04 which will be used primarly for browsing, watching and light gaming for which I feel the 460 is good enough.but might run dual boot in future to run heaver games.

I want an asus mother board intel lga 1155 , I haven't had much luck in the past running amd and nvidia or vice versa so I want to do intel-nvidia. I see a lot of motherboards support i3,i5,i7 so somehting like that would be idel

ram I have no preference

hard drive will but the sata drive that was in my laptop wd 320gb 7200

I need at least one pci slot for my wifi card

games I'll be playing:

super meat boy

dustforce

rochard

vessel

and some other humble bundle games

any suggestions or ideas?

try looking into the new amd apus, and if you dont want that you could get an i3 or a cheaper i5. but the one thing with the apus is that you have to have good ram. i would say your current card is good enough for most indie games.

Cpu: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116781 (cheapest i could find on 1155 socket)

the current gpu you have is more than enough to run the games you have listed.

sorry for the earlier un-helpful post (didn't read all of it)
