Need help Rig stuck on "No Signal" [SOLVED]

Just finished building my first ever rig:

AMD FX-4300

EVGA GTX 660 "Superclocked"

MSI 970A-G43 AM3+

NZXT Hale90 750W Gold

Gskill ripjaw 1x8GB @ 1866MHz

everythings hooked up correctly, everything powers on. LEDs come on,  processor fans spin up, GFX card spins up, psu spins up, case fans spin up, hard drive spines up, nothing looks wrong to me.

since my motherboard does not come with onboard graphics I had to use my buddies pc to install win7, all the drivers for the mobo and the GPU on my hard drive.

Since my mobo doesn't have like a beep system to tell me what's wrong, idk where to start?

reseated the ram, reseated the GFX card, reseated both the mobo power plug and the CPU power plug and still nothing. Tried connecting via dvi/vga/HDMI AMD and no dice :/

any suggestions on what to do to get my rig up and running?

if you can help over Skype or phone that would be helpful too! Thanks, -skip

Have you pluged in the 6pin power lead in to the graphics card?

Motherboard bios flash? :-)

cause its not the G46...

with youre motherboard came a little speaker, connect that one, to the speaker header on the motherboard. then you get the beeps.

Reset BIOS

Yea I did, the gfx card works on my bud's PC, or else we couldn't have installed the drivers on my hard drive.

How would I go on to do that? Just curious, since I'm kinda all new to this. ._.

My mobo didn't come with a speaker, but it has a port for it? Maybe I can hook up one to it later on today...

Reseting the bio, taking out that little silver battery, right?

Either that or using some clear CMOS jumper. You can check that in your motherboard manual.

Make sure you unplug the power cord, etc.

You have to plug the speaker onto your motherboard in order to get that 'beep system' if it doesn't have it. You usually connect them to your motherboard's front panel connectors, or nearby.

download th latest version from the bios of youre motherboard to an usb drive, go to the store where you buyed the motherboard, and ask if they can flash it with an phenom or Fx1.0 cpu.

or if you have a friend with a Fx1.0  i mean FX-x1xx cpu, or a phenom II cause those cpus supported by the motherboard out of box.  fx4100 fx 6100 fx 8120 fx 8150  one of those cpus needed, to flash the bios, otherwise just send back the motherboard an buy a diffrent one.

Msi 970A G46 (fx) Asus M5A97 R2.0  Asrock 970 extreme3 R2.0 gigabyte GA-970A-ud3 R3.0

the weird thing is that, neweggs desc. doesn't list that it supports FX, but in the manual and in reviews people are using the fx4100 and fx6300 just fine. I dont know if it worked for them out of the box, but I be sure to give that a try later on today.

A friend of mine poked around my mobo, resettled the CMOS and everything is good. Thanks for all the help people! :)

Glad it's solved. Have fun with it.
