Hey guys I was wondering if anyone can help me with a decent build for a family member $400 dollars is the max, Also I'm too bias to be able to pick out parts. To add on to that my family perfers Intel and we don't have a spare copy of Win 7 so that be something to add onto the build. Many thanks ahead of time!
