Help s to what to put into the values would be nice.

what you put in is entirely dependent on your CPU, there are no magic numbers that will work for every CPU.

if you need a demonstration this may be helpful

That was not helpful at all in fact when I tried using this guide my computer messed up.

like I said there are no magic numbers, if you used this guys settings the odds of it working were very small. Start smaller and work your way up. Start at 4.0 then 4.2 then 4.3 and just keep working your way up until you get it stable.

And yes BSOD is going to be something you see a lot, it can take up to 24 hours of work to dial in a system.

That video explains the concepts but does not give you your numbers.
