Need help on pc

http://www.computerplanet.co.uk/systems/gaming/budget-gaming-pc.html

i am geting the top one but i am buying a different case and also when i get some money of a paper round what upgrades shal i do must be cheep but good.

The cores in those rigs are somewhat pathetic compared to what could be put in for the price, and the RAM is just terrible..You would need to swap out the Hard Drive within a month if you intend to game on that thing, and even then you would not be able to run at very high settings due to the underpowered rig.

If anything, the only thing there that I would ever put in a PC is the motherboard.

Much better buildd for about the same price:

AMD A10-5800K 3.8GHz FM2 4MB 100W Black Edition £95.26

Gigabyte F2A75M-D3H AMD FM2 A75 DDR3 mATX £55.84

Seagate 1TB Barracuda SATA 6Gb/s 64MB 7200RPM Hard Drive £54.99

Patriot Memory 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1866MHz Viper 3 Black Mamba DIMM CL9 £36.72

Antec Earthwatts 380W ATX 12V 80Plus £36.49

Gigabyte IF233 Miditower USB 3.0 £30.99

Total: £300.19

Parts priced used Dabs.co.uk

If you live near a PC Shop then give this list to whoever works there and tell them to order them all in and put it together for you. UNLESS you know how to put a PC together yourself..

The only thing you really need here is an OS, but you could easily get a copy of Windows XP untill you make enough money for Win7/8

thanks :)

Np.

but i store my games on a tb external hardrive and im getting some kingston hyper x ram so what then ?

Mind posting a link for that RAM?

Also, seen as you have an external, you could either:

-Put all your data from your external to an internal HDD and use the external to hold a backup incase something happens.

-Ditch the HDD I put in and swap it out for a 100Gb one, just to hold the OS and anything you don't need to put on the external.

would that pc be ok if i use my external hardrive and hyper x ram   and pluss u dont play games like crysis just stuff like g mod and minecraft

Which EXACT RAM set are you getting?.

Also, yes, it will play games like that, and everything else should you feel the need to start playing more high end games.

blu - 8GB Kit* (2x4GB) - DDR3 1600MHz CL9 DIMM

you see im moving from console gaming to pc i just want something cheap and reliable so il do this and then when new stuff comes out il just upgrade like hell XD

im only 14 so its hard for me to get the money you see

Have you already ordered that RAM, IE is at your house right now?..If not then don't get it..This rig depends upon having high-speed RAM, and that RAM is slightly slower than what I posted.

i was also looking at this http://www.cyberpowersystem.co.uk/system/Ultra_Triton_SE/

no i havent ordered anything yet i just have the external hardrive

  1. what about  these  http://www.kingston.com/en/ssd/hyperx#sh103s3

Is your birthday soon?..If so then combine any money you have with that your parents are spending on your birthday and just build the PC then?

It's upto you. Really if you want something reliable and cheap, then not much is going to beat how powerful this rig is for the cost.

i can get a good pc for 300 pound and this one is warter cooled.

That build is £85 more and is slightly less powerful then what I posted.

If you are intent on customising your own, then stick with these 3 things that I posted.

Gigabyte F2A75M-D3H AMD FM2 A75 DDR3 mATX

AMD A10-5800K 3.8GHz FM2 4MB 100W Black Edition

Any 8Gb 1866Mhz 240- Pin RAM
