i would save a little $ on the psu case and mb and buy a SSD

the zalman cass has usb 3 and a side window. also the thermaltake psu is modular.
i like the ssd idea but i cant get that psu at Memory Express my mom does not buy online and so i need to be able to go to stores in calgary alberta
any 450w psu or larger will work for you and any atx case
I don't know what CAD programs you will be running (i'm guessing for school) but if it's a 3D CAD i advise getting an i7 CPU, they are expensive but pretty much necesary whe using a 3D CAD program
