So when i play games like battlefield 3,far cry 3,etc My computer becomes jet, im serious it will take off.I need help to choose cooler and a gaming case becouse the case i small.

As for cases, it really depends on your budget, but i'm going to recommend the Antec 300 till they stop making them, the 300/200R from corsair is nice, the Fractal Design R4 is on sale right now for like $80, the cooler master HAF 912/ Storm Enforcer are pretty cheap. Shop around some good names are Silverstone, Coolermaster, Corsair, Fractal, Bitfenix.
what is your budget?
gaia will make it quiet and able to OC some, the 212 EVO will make it quiet at 4Ghz, the TPC 812 will cool a Ivy 3570K at 4Ghz and still be quieter than your stock fan and settins
There are many cases and coolers on the market, in the mean time make sure everything is as clean as possible. That way you can make the best of what you have right now till you can get things sorted. I have had PC's that I have had to run with the case side off before now.
a lot of reviews I've been reading state that the cooler master TPC 812 is quieter and cooler than the that zalman cooler and its cools better than the Noctua DH-C14 and a couple C bellow the big phanteks cooler and since its the same price as the zalman I'd start recommending that instead

Are you sure it's the CPU and the case fans? I've had GPUs and PSUs that have insanely loud fans.
