i am going to be getting windows 7 or windows 8, also tell me which one is better, from microsoft dreamspark how can i put it on a usb drive and boot from that for the first time
ok, 1st off, get windows 7, W8 is ok, but theres a lot of issues within games still, also metro is awful and it takes ages to shutdown W8 due to charms.
2nd if you want W7 on USB you need an ISO file of the operating system, also you need a USB burning tool, Microsoft provides a free and good one for their windows products
After that burn ISO to USB using the tool from MS, then restart and boot off USB, newer BIOS have select boot device instead of having to go through BIOS
