Heres my build with a10: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/wcED
With phenom x4 black: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/wcQ9
Personally I like the second build but was wondering if games would run better if I did the hybrid thing with the a10. If anyone could find the best GPU for the a10 build that would be great. My budget is $450.
The build with the x4 black will be much better the a10 is more for entry level performace the HD7770 is much more power full. I would also recomend you get the antec basiq vp 450 or corsair cx 430 they are great power supplies. Just a side note I would go for atleast a 500gb hard drive games on the pc are big 5-15 gb each and windows takes about 30gb
Unless you really want to stick with an AMD cpu, I would consider building a budget pc around a 3570k. The 3570k is a high end part that runs around $200 and comes with decent onboard graphics. The second build has a pretty low end cpu and mediocre graphics. If you stick with the i5, you could play most modern games on low/medium and hold out for a higher end gpu when you can afford it. The 3570k is the best gaming cpu right now, so you could build a pretty beastly machine once you can afford a better graphics card.
With either build you listed above, I imagine you will be satisfied initially with the decent graphics performance, but once you have some extra cash on hand, you're going to want a better system. The 3570k is a great part to build your system around.
you could do that but by the time you get the i5 and upgrade later you have droped like $700 on the computer if he has the money thats the way to go but most people don't
Does the 3570k have a good stock cooler because Ive heard AMD has crap ones.
they are all pretty bad but if you dont over clock it does not matter
ragingh4vok is right I dont have a lot of money to spare. If I go with the second build I upgrade the GPU if games start to slow down.
Yea Im not going to overlock either
I was think about switching to Gtx 600 series
here i will post a good build for the money

cool thank you, I also love the price. guess I didnt need the cpu cooler either.
the x4 over the fx 6300 would be fine if you needed to save money but the fx is pretty good for 130
I will be able to upgrade in the future if I have to right?
yes you will be able to upgrade to the new cpus coming out from amd if you want. Also I don't know your knowledge level on computers but I would recomned overclockin the cpu to get more performance. the cpu cooler I put on the build can be difficult to install so you may want to consider the cooler master tx3 as well
of the link you gave me doesnt have the cpu cooler. Ill just add the tx3. This will be my first build. How hard is it to overclock a cpu?

This is the final build I would recomend Idk If you need windows but I put it in there. The newegg link is just a fan to throw in the front of the case as an intake. Overclocking is not too hard just take your time its trial and error there are many guides on youtube and even ones for that specific processor you can look at
