Need help finding compatible RAM for mobo

Problem: Haven't been able to get core components (CPU, CPU cooler, MOBO, RAM, PSU) to POST or show any video output. I've been getting a failed memory test from my PC analyzer PCI card.

Here's my mobo: http://www.foxconnchannel.com/ProductDetail.aspx?T=motherboard&U=en-us0000483

Here's Foxconn's list of compatible RAM: http://www.foxconnsupport.com/complist.aspx?models=G41MXE&type=MEMORY&Series=en-us0000002

Here's my full build:
CPU Cooler: Rosewill RCX-Z90-AL 66.0 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler;
Case: Antec VSK-3000 MicroATX Mid Tower Case;
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 430W 80 PLUS Certified ATX12V Power Supply;
Other: AMD Radeon HD 6670 1GB DDR5 Dell OEM;
Other: Foxconn G41MXE LGA 775 Intel G41 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard;
Other: Team Elite 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Desktop Memory;
Other: Western Digital WD Blue RFHWD3200AAJS 320GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive;
Other: Intel Core 2 Duo Processor E6550 2.33GHz 1333MHz 4MB LGA775 CPU, OEM

I'd prefer something cheap (4GB or less) and something that's returnable. I've already purchased several sets of RAM, only 1 set might have been from their compatible list - it's sometimes difficult to distinguish.

well normaly every DDR3 module with speed upto 1333 should be compatible with that mobo, if you  tried several modulus, then i think there could be a diffrent problem not your ram.

it does state that 1333 is at OC levels but meh the ram should auto clock down, its nothing to do with the bios is it, i know with some laptops if you upgrade the RAM you have to go into bios and tell it or else it has a heart attack, perhaps the foxconn board is doing that too?

1 other fact I ought to mention: The beep code I got is 1 long beep. I've contacted Foxconn support several times, but haven't found any solutions. I'll contact them once again to see if this info can help them help me.

hmm, 1 long beep usually means memory error :D apart from the fact that mobo manual doesnt even mention beep codes :D lols.

apparently that memory works, its only 2 gig but you could buy 2 sticks.....not really sure i can help more sorry.

or you can try this page http://www.crucial.com/uk/upgrade/FOXCONN-memory/FOXCONN+Motherboards/G41MXE-V-upgrades.html

well its depending on which bios the  motherboard has.

award ami phoenix etc etc.

yeah i know :P issue is the i couldnt find what bios that board has and the manual didnt make it easy to find so i just looked at the majority of foxconn board and guessed :P

Doing my second PC build the first one was one was a success as I had some help. But anyway here is what I am looking at in front of me..

Crosshair V Formula Z    MOBO

Fx-6300

EVGA 500 W PS80+

My two concerns are this. I am wondering what would be the best RAM for this system, as well as the best card to compliment either of these processors. Should I go with HD 7870 the HD 7770 2GB DDR5 cards or go a different route. This will be a gaming PC only. I have seen GeIL EVO Veloce Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 on the cheap. Was wondering if anyone has any experience with this brand or if anyone could point out a better choice.

I mentioned two processors I have an FX-8350 slightly used that I pulled off a computer a guy threw away. It works great and all but its not new and I have just bought the FX-6300.
