Need help finding a DAC/Audio Interface

My sound setup includes a pair or KRK Rokit 6’s (I hope to add a KRK sub in the future as well) and a pair of AKG 7XX cans. My goal is to be able to switch between audio outputs at will instead of going through the windows audio devices menu. Is there a DAC or some sort of audio interface that can do this?
