There is a possibility you do no not need 16 GB of RAM.

get 8gb ram if your only gaming 

get a cheaper case, like the CM 690II advanced

 

Considering I will be using it to record games from Minecraft to BF3 and I will use it for editing I don't think I should cut RAM.

If you want to save some cash, you can cut the RAM in half, get a 60GB SSD (it's enough for OS), get a 660Ti (it isn't far from the 670 if you OC), go for a slightly cheaper case.

It's up to you to figure out which components you are willing to downgrade. 

I would cut the GTX 670 and get a Radeon HD 7950 instead. You could always get rid of the DVD burner too if you want to save a few more bucks.

You could go with a smaller SSD and get a 64GB Crucial M4 to use as a Cache for your hard drive, but I'm not sure how much money you would actually save from doing that.
