Long story short I've gotten lower scores than the last day I was benchmarking my R9 290x PCS+ (stock settings of 1050mhz/1350mhz with Power Limit set to +50) on Unigine Heaven 4.0. I wanna know if my scores are nominal amongst other R9 290x or not.
Here's my settings:
- API: DirectX 11
- Quality: Ultra
- Tessesllation: Extreme
- Stereo 3D: Disabled
- Multi-monitor: Disabled
- Anti-aliasing: 8x
- Fullscreen: Yes
- Resolution: 1920x1080
My score based on this on the first day was 1300-1319 consistently, today it's just hitting around 900-910. That's a massive drop! I wanna know if I'm just imagine those scores on my first day of benchmarking.
However, if I changed my Heaven 4.0 Benchmark settings with no AA, I get a consistent 1640-1650 which sounds reasonable.
There's no throttling whatsoever, the card with consistently push 1050mhz core clock and I've monitored this on GPU-Z.
