Need help choosing motherboard for gaming pc, and someone to look at my specs

Hi, I'm thinking of getting ani5-3470,msi 7870 twin frozr, 1tb 7200rpm seagate barracuda, 2 x 4gb Corsair Vengence 1600, sharkoon t28x atx casing, seasonic m12ii.

I'm not sure of a motherboard to choose, i would prefer one with wifi capability, right now i'm deciding between the ASUS P8Z77-V and the GIGABYTE GA-H77N-WIFI mini-itx. is there any other boards up for reccomendation?

I'm mainly going to play LOL, DOTA, SC2, arkham city, bioshock infinite and ac3. I dont plan to do any overclocking and im also not too sure if i should get windows 8 or 7. im afraid that some programs cant be run on windows 8. Please help!~

if i have to choose between those 2 boards then i would say the Asus p8z77A-V

or the Msi Z77A-GD65

i found this.

but the msi 7870 twinfrozer is also a nice card

But what do you think about a amd setup? Fx8350 with the Asus M5A99FX pro mainboard, that setup will perform better in most games then the i5 , and its cheaper.

and it can eaven cheaper, if you gonne choose for a 970 chipset board, like the Asus M5A97 R2.0 or Asrock extreme3 for example.... those boards are  under 100 dollars

go with the asus for 2 main reasons

1. asus quality and tech support and warrenty is top notch

2.  asus motherboard come with asus' AI suite which can controll fans connected to to the motherboard https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zcUz0SjBKGY

go windows 7

I really want to go for the asus, but i just realised I would go way over budget if i chose it ~.~

I should add that, i'm on a really tight budget so right now im really siding the gigabyte, do you guys know any cheaper asus motherboard that will go hand in hand with my build?

GO WINDOWS 7

the gigabyte is fine too

but with tight budget, i would say go amd :) but okay thats ofc youre own dicision
