Need help choosing a monitor

Budget is about 250 prefer smaller then 25inch

There is so manymonitors anyone have any favorites.

Once tuned it has really great black levels and the 2ms response time really helps in games.  i noticed smoother movement in games when i switched from a DELL ST2410 (terrible monitor that screen tore even with vsync)
