So I'm planning on eventually building a new build and giving away my old one but I'm needing help choosing a mobo. I know that Realtek makes garbage LAN's and Intel is king but I never noticed till now that Qualcomm actually made LAN's too. I was looking at the MSI Z87-G45 and it has everything I want in a mobo but I've never had a mobo with a Qualcomm LAN before. Are they any good? Or should I get an Intel LAN?
Its a great board, has that Killer 2200 network feature. I personally think its one of the best z87 boards around, and at a decent price as well. I very much doubt that there is any issues with the qualcomm port as they boast pretty hard about the networking performance.
