Need help choosing a Graphics Card

 I need a better Graphics Card I know.

 But it all has to be under my $600 budget, and is convieniently accessible through frys or some other store retail.  My needs for the pc would be mild gaming (Minecraft, WoW, Skyrim) and basic video editing/workstation type things

I reckon the i3 would be faster at almost everything, except video editing.

I would do the intel build without the hyper 212 it's not needed and use that 30 bucks on gpu

Yeah, scrap the Hyper 212 and get the GTX 650 for $100 instead of the 6670.

Ive seen 7770's at 100$ or around there the odd time, and im pretty sure they beat GTX 650's at gaming by a fair margin, goo look up some results yourself!

I did, they're neck and neck on most games except on Skyrim and a few others where the 7770 takes off.

I'd say choose whichever's cheaper when you decide to buy.
